Samsung India has shared news on 5G OTA for supported devices , they are working with carrier partners (Airtel & JIO) , and will roll out OTA updates for all its 5G devices by mid-November, so that the devices will work with Airtel and Reliance Jio’s 5G networks.

Airtel’s non-standalone 5G Plus network went live in eight Indian cities earlier this month. The company listed the devices that will support 5G services on its network. This has several latest Samsung phones, including the S22 series and the new foldables, but Samsung will need to update the S21 series, older foldables and other models.
Reliance Jio’s 5G service based on standalone (SA) architecture went live in beta in 4 cities recently, and it will expand progressively as cities keep getting ready, said the company.
